Ms Wai Kuan practised in several firms prior to joining Messrs Lio & Partners as a partner in 2010. She has over 19 years of experience practicing as an Advocate and Solicitor specializing in conveyancing and corporate matters. She handles all sorts of banking documentations for properties, trade and corporate financings. She is well versed in the drafting of commercial and corporate agreements and other legal documents. She has represented a company in disposal and joint venture for development of data centres at Cyberjaya, Selangor. She is also giving advise and handling matters for a Labuan foundation registered under the Labuan Foundation Act 2010 and company incorporated in Labuan Federal Territory, Malaysia. The matters that she has handled involved sums exceeding hundreds of millions of Ringgit. She has a good working relationship with various corporate entities and has been appointed as a legal advisor to handle their legal related portfolios.
