The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of ATTA Global Group Berhad (“ATTA” or “the Company”) is responsible for the success of the Company’s business and unreservedly committed to applying the Principles and Best Practices of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (“MCCG”) in order to ensure that the highest standards of Corporate Governance throughout the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, “the Group”) are practiced in all of the Group’s business dealings with its shareholders and relevant stakeholders.
