The Board of Directors of ATTA Global Group Berhad ("ATTA" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolution as prescribed in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held at ATTA Global Group Berhad, Main Meeting Room, No.2521, Tingkat Perusahaan 6, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Prai, Pulau Pinang on Tuesday, 13 March 2018.

The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
