The Board of Directors of ATTA Global Group Berhad ("ATTA" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolution and Special Resolution as prescribed in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company dated 6 July 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held at Iconic 2, Level 7, Iconic Hotel, Jalan Icon City, Icon City, Bukit Mertajam, 14000 Penang on Wednesday, 16 August 2017.

The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
