The Board of Directors of ATTA Global Group Berhad ("ATTA" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (36th AGM) of the Company dated 24 July 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the 36th AGM of the Company held at Iconic 2, Level 7, Iconic Hotel, Jalan Icon City, Icon City, Bukit Mertajam, 14000 Penang on Wednesday, 16 August 2017.

The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
