ATTA - RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 1,222,426,720 NEW IRREDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES ("ICPS") AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.08 PER ICPS ON THE BASIS OF 8 ICPS FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE HELD ("RIGHTS ISSUE")
Kindly be advised that ATTA’s 1,222,426,720 new ICPS issued pursuant to the Rights Issue will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the new ICPS on the Main Market under the “Industrial Products†sector, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 6 December 2017.
The Stock Number, Stock Short Name and ISIN Code of the new ICPS are "7099PA", "ATTA-PA" and "MYL7099PAWB0†respectively.
Kindly also be advised that ATTA’s additional 3,236,681 Warrants 2012/2022 and additional 635,888 Warrants 2014/2024 issued arising from adjustment pursuant to the Rights Issue will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 6 December 2017.
