Kindly be advised of the following:-

(i) SMPC's Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m., on Friday, 19 November 2010.

(ii) Trading in SMPC's Warrants will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 2 November 2010.

(iii) SMPC's Warrants will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 22 November 2010.
